As a member of the Audible Marketing organization, you have the opportunity to shape innovative customer-focused programs to drive successful customer acquisition and subsequently strong business metrics of trial to member conversion. This person will be the primary Q/A support across the planning process, specializing in segmentation and promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a Quality Assurance Testing Center of Excellence in the Marketing Operations Team

  • Champion the QA process that enforces high development and production standards (define test procedures, modify approaches

  • Analyze all internal customer data sets for campaign deployment, ensuring all lists send to the correct and eligible populations

  • QA various marketing campaigns as required, such as stand-alone or Journey Automation elements

  • Validate and test promotions end-to-end to ensure smooth execution

  • Track & submit defects for resolution and Identify areas of opportunity that require solves to prevent recurring challenges

  • Escalate issues and risks to project leadership in accordance with best practices.

  • Work with customer service and IT to address escalation issues, bugs, and support requests are addressed in a timely manner

  • Manage daily/weekly progress reporting and defect resolution tracking. Report out on Overall Q/A process, findings, insights to understand trends in performance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and documentation for marketers

Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Care Job Description: The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the Quality Assurance (QA) function in HelloFresh's Customer Care (CC) department. The role focuses on impacting our customers' experiences through quality analysis and reporting as well as driving improvements and consistency throughout CC. The Quality Assurance Manager is passionate about the overall HelloFresh brand and will translate feedback to management in an effort to drive world-class customer service initiatives.
