Kelly Services is looking for Quality Assurance Inspectors in Mukilteo, WA

This company is an Aerospace manufacturer and community enriching organization, is seeking 4 entry level Quality Assurance Inspectors to join its manufacturing team on day shift


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Verify part count, condition and conformity to companys PO requirements, specifications and customer orders

  • Verify the first production article operations have been accomplished per the work order and customers instructions

  • Perform visual and/or dimensional inspections during the work process and upon completion to verify compliance to work order requirements

  • Responsible for Boeings BOLD/REDARS system and assists other employees in obtaining Boeing documents

  • Identifies non-conforming products or parts and controls records relating to non-conformances

  • Signs off on all of the applicable paperwork and releases the material for subsequent processing

  • Verification of tooling used in the manufacturing and inspection of the products

  • Provides technical support to all shop employees regarding quality assurance and continual improvement processes

  • Assist in the preliminary review of any items requiring rework both from internal notification and external customer notices of non-conformances pick-ups

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass background check including the Washington State Department of Social and Health services background through Background Check Central Unit (BCCU)

  • Quality assurance experience or knowledge of manufacturing utilizing various machines and processes; three to five years of experience in electrical or mechanical or quality control preferred

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications

  • Require shop math skills

  • Organizational ability

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collectively

  • Customer service skills; able to relate well to all customers internal as well as external customers

  • Works independently while being responsive to team members within a team-oriented environment

  • Must have worked in Manufacturing

  • Previous wire experience

Looking for two inspectors for Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
