We have an immediate need for a full-time day shift Quality Assurance Inspector:
The Quality Assurance Inspector candidate will perform receiving inspection on mechanical, optical and electronic parts (including PCBs, and cable assemblies) and in-process, final and shipping inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies used in the semiconductor industry.
The candidate will implement quality management system procedures, work instructions and sampling plans to perform the job function.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the calibration of measurement and test equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
3 - 5 years experience in Quality Assurance Inspection in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment (e.g. semiconductor or telecom preferred).
English language proficient – oral, reading and writing
The position prefers skill in interpretation and usage of Engineering Design Drawings and Specifications, Bills of Materials, Supplier Datasheets and Certificates of Compliance, Box Build and Engineering Change Notices.
The position requires knowledge of processes for handling, containment and processing of non-conforming product.
Experience with dimensional inspection using metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc.). Familiarity with usage of Coordinate Measuring Machines. CMM training will be provided.
Ability to comprehend and use engineering design documentation (drawings, specifications,BOMs, work instructions, etc.).
Skill usingPCs, Microsoft Office Suite and data entry are a must
Skilled with and / or certified in the application of the IPC workmanship standards (IPC-610 andIPC-620).
The candidate will implement quality management system procedures, work instructions and sampling plans to perform the job function.

VIEW JOBS 4/22/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-21T00:00 POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Data Integrity & Management, will be responsible for providing direction and supervision to data governance and data quality functional areas as it relates to IntrinsiQ Analytics data sources. This will include, but not limited to, establishment of data governance framework, creation of policies and procedures for managing data assets, implementation of data quality strategy, optimizing and automating quality assurance testing. The Senior Manager, Data Management, will work collaboratively with team members to provide expert consulting knowledge regarding the quality of base level data, run analytics to identify potential improvements in data quality, and coordinate data management efforts to govern data assets. This individual is also responsible for managing a team of QA resources to define and deliver upon strategic initiatives, providing comprehensive testing for Azure Cloud Data Warehouse, Continuous testing using CI/CD pipelines, BI, and Analytics capabilities This individual will be required to act as an internal liaison between the Analytics team, data source partners, and Data Ops to ensure successful completion of collaborative projects. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for developing and ensuring that data management policies and procedures are documented and appropriate controls are in place. * Implement data quality strategy and monitoring processes/procedures developed by the Data Integrity team to ensure the quality of data included within analytic solutions. * Contributes influential leadership in collaboration with other IntrinsiQ Analytics Stakeholders to ensure established milestones and deliverables are met with the highest degree of quality. * Lead data governance initiatives to ensure incorporation and implementation of data management policies and procedures. * Integrate activities with Data Ops to ensure appropriate alignment in project deliverables and timelines based on available resources. * Work collaboratively with Product Development and Data Ops to deliver the highest quality and most accurate information for analytic purposes. * Responsible for consistent application of business rules across different analytics solutions. * Allocates human resources as appropriate to ensure data quality needs are met. * Focus on meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and establish/maintain effective relationships with customers while gaining their trust and respect. Communicate to management on project status and resource issues. * Work with other analytics teams to identify and resolve data related questions and problems. Willingness to travel (up to 10%) to meet objectives. * Performs related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires some training in fields such as a medical specialty, including nursing, pharmacy, or a specific discipline which is generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, BA, BS, or minimum 6 years of experience in a related field, with demonstrated excellent organizational skills. Having PMO (Project Management) experience is a plus. Experience managing subordinates with standard training and mentorship is required. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree in relevant field required. 5 years demonstrated data management skills and use of multiple programming tools (SAS, SQL, Access, Excel, Azure Cloud Technologies). At least 5 years of developing and implementing standard data management processes and procedures. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage resources both locally and remotely. Experience with proactive project management, strategic thinking, and ability to provide valued-added insight through data evaluation and monitoring. Demonstrated ability to manage projects through cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills; detail oriented and solution focused. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel.
