Salary: $2,850.00 per month

Job Location: Laramie, Wyoming


The Quality Assurance I position reports to the Associate Vice President Organizational Development and is responsible for executing plans to test various software packages utilized by the Company in accordance with Company policies, goals, and objectives. Reports the overall QA effort and results to management.


  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good teamwork skills, ability to deal with change, and willingness to pitch into assist others both in QA and in other areas as needed.

  • Ability to write, speak, and read the English language.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, work in a team setting, multi-task in a fast-pace environment with interruptions and adapt to change.

  • Must have strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills, be able to follow complex verbal and written instructions, and exercise skill in independent judgment.

  • Ability to handle rush projects and meet deadlines.

  • Requires work outside normal work hours and travel to customer locations.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.


  • P&C insurance industry knowledge and/or experience preferred.

  • Experience in software implementation testing preferred.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in company systems preferred.

  • Programming and/or software development experience a plus.
