Qualifications Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or related technical field is required. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance and food safety supervision in the food industry.

SQF Practitioner, Internal Auditor Certified, PCQI and HACCP certified. Knowledge of GFSI certifications (SQF, BRC, etc), Laboratory, Microbiology and Process Control Proved experience implementing Quality and Food Safety culture and programs in food industry. Bilingual preferred, fluency in English and Spanish.

Project management knowledge preferred. Systems approach understanding preferred. Attention to detail.

Communication skills - verbal and computer skills. Proactive and self-motivated. Knowledge in various Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Problem analysis and problem solving. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment.

Teamwork and team management.
