We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Digital Commerce Development team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our global e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform through comprehensive testing and validation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products tailored for a global audience.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for global e-commerce sites.

  • Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure product functionality across different regions and languages.

  • Utilize automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.

  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate QA tools and software.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, standards, and best practices for e-commerce.

  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing.

  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentations skills

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce checkout and payment systems, including various payment methods and security standards.

  • Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.

  • Proficiency in using QA tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, TestRail, Playwright or similar.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its testing requirements.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience with testing for global markets, including knowledge of localization and internationalization.

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education, Work Experience and Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar capacity in software development and testing.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office conditions, heavy computer use

  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary

  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $82,000 - $95,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
