Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability and full functionality of our Transportation Management System (TMS), which is built on the Salesforce platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining code quality and coverage for our clients through implementing, sustaining and performing test cases.

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans that cover user interface logic, application program interface relations, and code-based dependencies.

• Analyze data integrity by comparing input from various sources and identifying inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or missing information.

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, trace error sources, and develop corrective actions.

• Review and validate data transformations and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Diligently document data quality findings and defects.

• Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to keep them informed of data quality issues and progress.

• Stay up to date on best practices for Salesforce data quality management and TMS data integrity.

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for new and regression testing.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data quality processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or related field, preferably with Salesforce applications.

• Strong understanding of data quality principles and practices, including data cleaning, transformation, and validation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and isolate data issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in documentation practices and bug tracking tools.

• Knowledge of transportation management software and logistics processes is a plus.
