We are looking for an Automation Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team at our corporate office in Glendale, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) with ability to deliver on short timelines

  • Develop and own comprehensive test case and test data repository

  • Understand and translate business and technical requirements into automated or manual tests

  • Achieve a growing cadence of automation tests with laser focus on quick maintenance and portability to newer code architecture

  • Work closely with Developers to get bugs fixed

  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding all activities relevant to meeting project schedules and providing regular status updates to QA Manager and relevant stakeholders


  • 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience in testing public facing website and mobile applications

  • Must have experience creating detailed test plans/test cases that cover all positive and negative scenarios

  • Extensive exposure to testing tools such as Selenium Webdriver in a .Net Environment, Cucumber, Maven

  • Good understanding of development technologies such as .Net, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, REST, AngularJS, CSS

  • Strong experience with database testing

  • Experience with Automated testing of Mobile applications (Android and iOS)

  • Must have experience with quality assurance methodologies including functional testing, integration testing, and test automation

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to quickly identify trends and patterns and ability to identify root causes of problems

Summary The Marketing team at Age of Learning is looking for a Media Data Analyst who is a highly talented, self-driven, detail-oriented, strategic and creative. In this role the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large-scale advertising campaigns for our PC online and mobile apps. This person will be responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the effectiveness and optimization of media campaigns. The analyst will work closely with various marketing stakeholders and among cross-functional teams, including; Multiple Product teams and Business Intelligence. Responsibilities * Work closely with media and brand managers to plan, prepare and report on campaigns, channels and customer segments performance. * Define key metrics, analyze campaigns performance, identify trends and make optimization recommendations on an ongoing basis. * Work closely with media managers, and agencies and Web ops teams to ensure that campaigns are properly set, tagged and tracked. * Ensure that campaigns are being monitored and performance issues are being identified for optimization analysis. * Responsible for transforming raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights that ensure media efforts are effectively driving incremental engagement and conversion. * Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing various analytics tools and platforms. Required Qualifications * 2+ years professional experience analyzing media data. * In depth knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Excel – Preferred. * Media agency experience a plus. * Knowledge of or experience using one or more of the following would be beneficial: * Tag management * Multi-channel attribution analyses * Third party ad serving platforms, such as Doubleclick. * Syndicated media data sources (Nielsen, ComScore, etc.) * Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc) * Programmatic (Cretio, Sizemek, etc.) * Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. * Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation. * Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
