As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will develop software requirement documentation, test plans, test cases and test scripts for projects, among other assigned duties. You will perform maintenance and testing on various software and reporting systems. You will partner to work closely with different departments such as IT, Prior Authorization and Medicare Operations to test and validate that proprietary software is functioning properly.
Additionally, you will:
Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting purposes
Manage your own projects
Support a variety of functions within the department
Understanding of Software development life cycle
1 year of experience designing and executing complex analyses using followings: SSIS/SSRS
Infopath form development
Business process mapping using Visio
SharePoint development experience (Form creation/workflow development)
Able to thrive in time sensitive situations
