Job Title:Quality Assurance Agent A2
Job Location: Columbia, SC
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Agent, A2 to support and manage daily operations. This position will be based at our Columbia, SC location.
Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function
Perform standard audits according to defined criteria in checklist
Provide teach back to users when audit process failures are detected
Record all noncompliance and customer complaints in Quality Management system and pursue resolution
Take appropriate actions to expedite critical updates and monitor progress until resolved, maintaining constant flow of communication with internal customers
Research, including Kewill CM, Kewill ISF, Logis, and EDM, CAT Comp Reports, as required for finalization of work
Provide direct (internal) customer care to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded
Adapt to changing requirements and needs of stations and customers per Import Manual and SOP guidelines
Recommend efficiency and quality improvements and cost savings solutions
Employ standard Microsoft Office products
Build and maintain relationships between department and stations and customers
Other tasks as assigned
Skills / Requirements:
Maintain positive and professional customer relationships
Ability to communicate status updates as outlined in policy and procedure
Utilize basic Microsoft applications, including Office, Outlook, and iShare
Ability to effectively utilize DHL systems to:
Complete job functions in ABI, updating of data elements, perform queries, resolve validations, shipment tracing, and navigation between screens
Ability to generate reports, perform complex queries, and validate data elements
Determine defaults based on division and customer profile
Troubleshoot customer profile or shipment file to resolve validations and ABI rejects
Research and compare data files/elements in ABI
Update profile and navigate pages on intranet
Sound understanding and working of electronic Document Imaging System
Effectively navigate within the ISF system to perform audits, as required
Track, trace, and identify key shipment information (LOGIS)
HS diploma or GED required
Specialized skill training/certification may be required
Generally 1-3 years of experience in area of responsibility
