Basic Purpose of the Position:
Provide assistance coordinating Agency-wide Quality Management, Education and Training, Utilization Review, and Case Management initiatives
In general, most of the time will be spent in the following activities:
Assists with coordination of orientation and in-service education programs Agency wide
Coordinates preparation of Quality Audits, Statistical Outcome Reports, annual Program evaluation.
Coordinates, attends and records minutes as needed
Prepares and updates clinical policies and clinical policy manuals and other department related manuals.
Assists with accreditation process and regulatory surveys.
Assists with accreditation including telephone contact, correspondence, preparation of materials relating to accreditation, coordination of educational sessions and on-site surveys.
Coordinates, mails and processes surveys related to customer satisfaction.
Organizes and tracks concern forms and client incident reports throughout the Agency.
Produces quarterly summary QA reports.
In addition, the position involves other duties such as:
Will actively participate in the performance improvement process known as H3W.
Performs other duties as assigned
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; one year of college or business school preferred.
Experience: Three years of administrative/secretarial experience
Computer literate; spreadsheets, graphs and charts; proofreading, language and mathematical skills; telephone skills.
