We are currently looking for a professional nurse manager who can assist the Executive Director/Clinical Director with the development and ongoing administration of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program at Continua Home Health. This position is Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30 with rotating administrative on-call required

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing; or

  • A qualified health care professional.

  • Three to five (3-5) years of health care experience, preferred.

  • One (1) year experience in home care, preferred.

  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

  • Ability to work with individuals, to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.

Job Description * Lead the National & Regional Account contracting process from start to completion including preparing the financial evaluation, obtaining business unit approval, developing the term sheet, legal review, and contract execution. Review all Regional Account proposals for Best Price and coordinate all related contracting for purchase discount contracts including any GPO, Specialty Pharmacy, and retail discount contracts related to Payer. * Assist and/or Lead the Medicaid contract evaluations and all Medicaid (FFS) contract reviews. Work with the Medicaid (FFS) Field Mangers to complete Medicaid bid analysis and appropriate contract reviews. Ensure all necessary approvals have been obtained through the Brand Business Unit. Major duties and responsibilities required to achieve the position objectives and be successful in the Contract Manager role. * Develop financially sound product contracting terms & 25% Conditions and preparing the financial evaluation model * Coordinate the contracting process from term sheet 25% development through contract execution and coordinate any related trade, retail, or GPO pharmacy discounts. * Consult with Account Managers on product access strategies, 25% completing the detailed account background summary, and prepare the contract proposals for business unit review. * Partner with Finance, Claims Administration, and business units 15% to ensure accurate rebate and discount forecasts. * Participate in appropriate pharmaceutical, contracting, Market 10% Access, healthcare, and regulatory, training and developmental opportunities.
