The Opportunity

To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality and Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the Loan Operations and Risk teams to perform quality assurance reviews and ensure accuracy. We are seeking candidates who have experience working in the Consumer Lending industry and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Your day-to-day

  • Perform independent quality assurance reviews / testing to ensure accuracy

  • Observe as processes, systems, and other documentation to confirm procedures and test against defined criteria

  • Compile, analyze, and document detailed test results of quality assurance reviews

  • Listen to, score, and provide agent feedback on 50-70 agent calls each week

  • Work with operations to identify trends in process weaknesses or failures

  • Review reports for accuracy and adequacy

  • Make recommendations on changes to procedures, processes, controls and reports

  • Work alongside Risk, Operations leadership, and our training team to identify and communicate current gaps in processes and overall QA results in an effort to improve agent coaching and training across the operations organization

  • Join weekly operations team meetings and present current QA score trends, analysis, and help coach the team to improve in common areas of weakness

What you bring to the team

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: credit analyst, quality assurance, financial services, loan servicing & underwriting

  • You are an expert in consumer lending, with knowledge of underwriting

  • Experience in continuous process improvement and resolving operational issues

  • Excellent writing skills and strong experience with writing reports

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Audit Experience

  • Underwriting experience in home improvement, solar or auto lending

  • Knowledge or experience with Collections

  • Experience using Playvox, or other Quality Assurance software
