Perspecta has a need fora Quality Assurance Analyst.
The responsibilities of this role are to conduct continual quality assurancechecks on audit file documentation for the purpose of ensuringthat the files contain the necessary documentation to meet/exceed the client'sexpectations. Any trends, widespread issues or deficiencies will behighlighted and become the focus of training. The incumbent will plan,coordinate and conduct the training sessions related tothese results in concert with the Program Integrity Manager. (PIM) The incumbent will also develop processes that measure efficiency,productivity, and monitor customer satisfaction while improving performanceresults and organizational effectiveness. These will be created at therequest of and in collaboration with the PIM.
In addition, theincumbent will conduct research on State and Federal regulations anddevelop/maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, and Medicare/Medicaidrequired templates.
Ability to communicate effectively, with both internal and external business partners.
Ability to report workload status and activity on a timely basis.
Ability to handle confidential material.
Ability to conduct self-directed reviews to identify case documentation issues, assure clarity of language and adherence to investigative principles, as defined by CMS and Management.
Ability to coordinate and participate and present in meetings, training and conferences,
Ability to travel as needed, may require overnight stay.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver high quality work.
Need to be a US Citizenor Green Card Holder who has worked in the US 3 out of the past 5 years.
Bachelor degreepreferred and three to five years investigative experience
Proficient in editingand review skills.
Proficient in providingtraining and educational outreach.
Strong communication, writtenand oral
Strongorganization skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately
Proficient in MicrosoftWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Three years ofrelevant experience required
