Job Description

  • The candidate is responsible for executing end-to-end testing for various responsive web sites templates and components authored and published using Adobe Experience Manager content management system.

  • Provides quality assurance testing with automation focused for new/updated CMS templates and components developed using Adobe AEM Platforms.

  • Support holistic testing efforts for content releases, including visual, integration, systems, regression, Accessibility, performance & end user- acceptance testing as a part of Agile/Scrum teams

  • Develop and maintain test plan, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts

  • Capable of content Authoring and front-end testing from cross browsers, OS and devices

  • Document and maintain test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with development team and business to troubleshoots issues

  • Facilitating defect triages and reviews, and ensure that the code conforms to well accepted development and quality standards

  • Provides effort estimations for assigned work

  • Quick learner, team player and respects client's priorities

  • Maintains traceability of requirements

  • Pursue continuing education on new tools, solutions, and skills

  • Good communication skills and able to work with remote team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science / Information technology or related

  • 3-5 years of Sr. QA Analyst and test automation experience

  • Active involvement in Scrum projects

  • Experience with Selenium or any open-source automation tools for test automation

  • Understanding of different web browsers and different mobile device (market share, versions functionality and limitations)

  • Extensive knowledge of various developer tools, browser plugins and defect management tools

  • Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and Strong Communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice

  • In-depth understanding of the entire software testing life cycle`

  • Automotive Industry experience would be a plus

The Process leverages data to drive discussions and decisions using cross-functional teams (Helpdesk, Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain…).</p><p>Part of the Global Customer Support Organization, the SQA (Service Quality Analyst) will be responsible for driving Improvement Projects from inception to conclusion. From the initial Service stakeholder's claim of potential improvement to the effectiveness check of implemented countermeasures, the SQA will collect/analyze data, assemble the resources and monitor progress to bring projects to fruition.</p><ul><li>REMOTE AMS or EMEA *</li></ul><p>Primary activities:</p><ul><li><p>Drive projects through the Continuous Service Improvement framework</p></li><li><p>Individually conduct research on potential new improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Collect data to support/disprove initial claims of potential improvement</p></li><li><p>Work with stakeholders to describe project backgrounds and rationales</p></li><li><p>Define Problem statements based on measurable KPIs</p></li><li><p>Assemble cross-functional teams of experts to perform root cause analysis and define countermeasures</p></li><li><p>Facilitate and keep meetings with stakeholders on track</p></li><li><p>Monitors, records, and reports on progress of initiatives and related actions</p></li><li><p>Keep the organization up to date by making progress visible</p></li><li><p>Groom and improve the Continuous Service Improvement process</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience</p></li><li><p>Strong command of Process Improvement Frameworks (ex.
