A clinical trials and research company in the Horsham area is a looking for a Quality Analyst with Business Analyst experience to join their team. This companies focus is toxicology laboratory. So, they provide toxicology testing to many different facilities, including medication monitoring, drug detection services, rehab facilities, and many more. With their continued and steady growth over the last 15 years they have built up a great reputation in the industry. They are looking for someone with experience in clinical trials and healthcare experience. Also anyone that has Jira, SQL, Agile and Scrum experience. Anyone with LIS or LIMS experience would be a big plus! This person would also be reviewing and writing test scripts, along with a lot of documentation. They are willing to pay someone up to $100K.

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-16T00:00 Job Summary - a concise overview of the job The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for facilitating full investigation of deviations and non-compliance issues encountered during biopharmaceutical testing and manufacturing operations. This position will also oversee the review of corrective and preventative action (CAPA) plans to assure completion. This position also requires review and approval of protocols and associated documents. This position supports the validation/technical operations aspect of Quality Operations. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures. Scope of Authority - span of control (work unit, site, department, division, etc.), monetary value of budget/spend authority ( capital, operating, etc.), P&L responsibility, etc. May work across multiple sites and has no monetary budget authority. Key Accountabilities - key outcomes/deliverables, the major responsibilities, and % of time Accountability Responsibilities % of Time Deviation Investigations § Responsible for guidance/facilitation of investigation process for manufacturing process deviations § Reviews and approves deviations; Ensures that investigations have identified root cause and the appropriate corrective and preventive actions § Leads project teams and uses quality engineering tools to support investigations, complaints handling, corrective actions, continuous improvement projects, and process capability improvements § Independently collaborates across departments to ensure all quality aspects of validation and qualification activities at the site including process validation, equipment and/or utility/facility qualification, computer validation (URS), IQ, OQ and PQ § QA review and approval of extension justifications for investigations that will not meet/have exceeded their established due date 60% CAPA Planning § Facilitates meaningful CAPA plan with the responsible parties, including reasonable completion dates § QA review and approval of extension justifications for CAPAs that will not meet/have exceeded their established due date 35% Other Duties § Reviews and approves protocols and reports § Compiles and prepares investigation and CAPA metrics for Quality Review meetings and business review meetings § Supports Continuous Process Verification Program by serving as an SME for statistical analysis / product trending § Supports Annual Product Quality Reviews, Master Planning and Technical Transfer activities § Reviews LIMS process changes or enhancements 5% Total 100% Qualifications Education & Experience Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job § BS in Engineering, Science, or related discipline required.
