LSSI is hiring a full-time Quality Administrator Manager, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for quality assurance, compliance with Rule 140 and all aspects of LSSI's 'PRIME' status in the provision of services under the Williams and Colbert Consent Decrees. The position involves understanding the service and reporting expectations of the CCMTP grant and policy requirements, being knowledgeable about each teams' role/responsibility within the program, learning the program model and protocols, as well as having command of all CCMTP documents and reports.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead for data compliance/integration - ensures sufficient integration between agency's data and records and CCMTP data within the Caspio WebApp. Organizes the information and manages the inputs of the data/info into the Caspio WebApp

  • Identify CCMTP data compliance issues and work with your agency's staff to resolve and collaborate with UIC-CON when necessary.

  • Audit data systems for missing information and/or service delivery approaching deadlines, as required by the grant and program policies.

  • Manages document requests and report requests made by IDHS and/or UIC-CON.

  • Interprets incoming reports from IDHS and/or UIC-CON and manages on behalf of Prime Agency.

  • Audits class member's record for needed forms or documentation according to member status on the transition continuum.

  • Manages CCMTP forms prior to submission to IDHS, UIC-CON, or subsidy administrator for accuracy and completion.

  • Participates in provider calls with IDHS and/or UIC-CON and prepares any needed data.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in social service field required; Masters preferred.

  • 1-3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.

  • Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.

  • Access to reliable transportation is required.

  • Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
