CSSI, Inc., a leading provider of air traffic management, safety management, and transportation solutions to government and commercial clients, is seeking a talented Quality Administrator who is responsible for leading the Corporate Quality Management program and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Primary job responsibilities include the following:
Lead, direct, and support all corporate-wide quality-related initiatives, as well as foster a culture of quality
Plan, manage, and direct quality assurance policies, programs, audits, and other activities.
Provide technical direction and guidance to others regarding processes, tools, and technology related to quality standards.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management program in compliance with industry standards.
Maintain CSSI's certification and compliance with ISO, and lead continuous improvement activities based on the company's strategic initiatives.
Proactively lead preparation for 3rd party audits, serve as the POC during the audit, and drive resolution of open items after the audit.
Design and implement quality training for all employees including organizational best practices and continuous improvement.
Improve CSSI best practices including our quality management toolset.
Lead periodic internal audits and maintain quality records.
Create ownership and accountability, and integrate quality standards throughout the organization.
Position requires a BS degree or equivalent and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Quality professional
Must be a self-starter and hands-on professional willing to take responsibility for supporting the Quality vision, identifying and resolving challenges, and ensuring successful tactical execution to deliver results.
Must have a proven track record of successful ISO certifications. ISO auditor experience required, CMMI preferred.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers, employees, and CSSI leadership.
Must have good decision making skills, and strong ability identifying and understanding risks and issues, developing recommendations, and taking action.
Must have strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position is located in Washington, DC and relocation compensation is not available for this position.
