CSSI, Inc., a leading provider of air traffic management, safety management, and transportation solutions to government and commercial clients, is seeking a talented Quality Administrator who is responsible for leading the Corporate Quality Management program and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Primary job responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead, direct, and support all corporate-wide quality-related initiatives, as well as foster a culture of quality

  • Plan, manage, and direct quality assurance policies, programs, audits, and other activities.

  • Provide technical direction and guidance to others regarding processes, tools, and technology related to quality standards.

  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management program in compliance with industry standards.

  • Maintain CSSI's certification and compliance with ISO, and lead continuous improvement activities based on the company's strategic initiatives.

  • Proactively lead preparation for 3rd party audits, serve as the POC during the audit, and drive resolution of open items after the audit.

  • Design and implement quality training for all employees including organizational best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Improve CSSI best practices including our quality management toolset.

  • Lead periodic internal audits and maintain quality records.

  • Create ownership and accountability, and integrate quality standards throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Position requires a BS degree or equivalent and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Quality professional

  • Must be a self-starter and hands-on professional willing to take responsibility for supporting the Quality vision, identifying and resolving challenges, and ensuring successful tactical execution to deliver results.

  • Must have a proven track record of successful ISO certifications. ISO auditor experience required, CMMI preferred.

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers, employees, and CSSI leadership.

  • Must have good decision making skills, and strong ability identifying and understanding risks and issues, developing recommendations, and taking action.

  • Must have strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position is located in Washington, DC and relocation compensation is not available for this position.
