Job Description Job Description Position and Responsibilities: Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping up to date reporting and tracking procedures Follow the Quality Systems requirements for record keeping ensuring accuracy of reporting 0for both internal and external customers Constant Monitoring and improvement of our ISO Certification and documenting procedures Help to develop & maintain Standardized Work Instructions used throughout the manufacturing quality organization by QC team members.

Work with the quality manager to accurately capture customers documentation needs in BIM 360 Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis to identify critical risks in the production processes as well as documenting the changes. Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Field or related discipline ISO Certification Knowledge High School Diploma Applicable Training for competency and awareness Ability to perform all employee requirements per the employee handbook Comply with all company policies and procedures. Strong computer skills and knowledge in Spreadsheet and Office Software Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively implement new procedures and regulations.

Minimum Physical Requirements: Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas. Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.

Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch. Employee must be in general good health and able to work in the shop environment. Employee must be able to follow all requirements for PPE on a daily basis.
