Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Test Program Manager who will be responsible to Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for client app landscape, considering various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements. Lead the execution of test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the software.
Test Automation: Design and participate in the automation testing roadmap definition, create data and business process guidelines for the automation framework to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency and achieve maximum test coverage.
Defect Management: Establish processes for identifying, tracking, and managing defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process. Conduct thorough reviews of test artifacts to verify completeness and accuracy.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and dependencies that may impact the quality or delivery of software releases. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on project timelines and objectives.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the testing team. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to achieve testing goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into testing methodologies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics to communicate the status of testing activities to stakeholders.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the end-to-end testing process aligns with customer expectations and requirements. Solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns or issues proactively.
Collaborates with Account Team to grow the business by identifying QA opportunities and drive business value for both client and cognizant by closing these opportunities
Supports pursuits and RFPs and running them as a program as required.
Fully understand the client QA landscape in terms of tools, framework and technologies used to ensure Best in class delivery of QA services
Ensure timely stakeholder communication and share QA governance reports to Engagement and Portfolio leadership
Required Skills/Qualifications:
15+ years' experience in managing large QA projects in Healthcare Domain (Must)
Strong QA experience in Agile based project execution in Pod model
Hands on experience in Test automation (including frameworks) - Java, Selenium, Karate
Expertise in areas like Test data management, Service virtualization & Devops
Strong experience in driving continuous improvement through innovation and value adds
Proven expertise in crisis management, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication in critical projects

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 to $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
