Job Title: QC Lab Technician

Job Description

As a QC Lab Technician, you will perform buffer media manufacturing in a lab environment, utilizing lab equipment and following established SOPs to meet daily goals. Your responsibilities will include documenting activities to ensure quality compliance through effective ERP usage and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, tracking raw materials, and handling finished products.

Hard Skills

• Growing bacterial cultures

• Using standard lab equipment including incubator shaker, pH meters, etc.

• Performing endotoxin testing, gel analysis, purity testing, DNAse testing

• Completing batch records and ERP transactions

• Supporting the running of the Cartridge Manufacturing line with loading of components

• Optimizing current processes and editing drafted documents

• Testing and implementing current R&D processes into operations

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Lab and manufacturing environment that is climate controlled
