Performs audit activities to include the review of Personal Lines policies, applications, phones calls, notes, and policy changes to ensure the accuracy and compliance with legal and carrier guidelines.
Prepares written reports with recommendations for corrective and preventative actions to problems and changes to procedures, to ensure quality.
Creates and generates periodic and ad hoc reports. Identifies trends and analyze findings for management review.
Makes recommendation and provides solutions to improve quality and workflow efficiency of Personal Lines systems. Documents operational policies and procedures.
Investigates customer complaints and carrier inquiries. Communicates report of findings to management.
Interacts with sales agents, customer service representatives and management to solve policy inconsistencies and prevent future errors.
Identifies training needs and performs trainings to meet quality standards as directed by management.
Maintains insurance product knowledge, advanced policy system knowledge, awareness of industry trends and E&O exposures.
