In this role you will:
Plan, design, evaluate, and execute test cases and test plans for Functional, System, Regression, and Section 508 Compliance testing.
Work on projects that use Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development models.
Provide a high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during the requirements phase.
Implement tests based on systems understanding and analysis of functional and systems specifications.
Assist the development team in debugging and reproducing reported issues.
Document test plans and test cases.
Establish and maintain test data.
Effectively balance work on multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
5+ years in a QA/software testing role.
5 years experience with SQL.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Experience with performance testing, and smoke testing.
For Non U.S. Citizens, must meet 3-year US residency requirement with the ability to attain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Agile related certification (e.g. CSM) highly desired.
Experience with Selenium and automated test tools such as Load Runner a plus.
