A large non-profit skilled nursing facility that offers a variety of care options (long-term Care, memory care, short-term rehab) is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to be the QAPI/Infection Prevention Nurse.

This is a very well staffed community with a large nurse management team in place. The QAPI/Infection Prevention Nurse will oversee the communities Infection Control program as well as assist the Director of Nursing with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Utilizing the Electronic Medical Records systems (PointClickCare) to conduct audits, build reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
• 3-5+ years of Nurse Management experience in the Skilled Nursing, Long-term care industry
• EMR experience (PointClickCare experience preferred)
• Infection Prevention / Infection Controll experience
• Strong understanding of the DPH rules, regulations, and survey process
