We have an immediate requirement with our Direct Client for a QA/BA Analyst in Olympia, WA for 12 Months Long term Contract Extendable Please let me know your hourly rate expectation for below position.Job Description
Experience providing business analysis services focused on business functionality and capabilities on a similar project.
Ability to document manage, and track functional business requirements and what tools,
techniques, and strategies were used.
Experience testing the business functionality and capabilities of a new system, a legacy system, or on a similar project.
Methodology, and strategy to lead business stakeholders through the development and
execution of business functionality and capability test scenarios and test cases.
Ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test
and collect test evidence.
Experience performing SQL queries to produce information needed by customers.
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for bug submission and tracking.

Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Public Administration or closely associated field and four years of recent, progressively responsible work in the field of human resources; or * SHRM certification and five years of recent, progressively responsible work in the field of human resources. * Supervisory HR experience preferred. * Experience in public sector HR can be substituted for educational requirements on 2 for 1 basis, (ie 4 years of additional experience beyond the required 4 years would substitute for 2 years of education) Supplemental information Contacts: * Senior Personnel Analysts have daily contact with other Human Resources Department staff for the purpose of supervision and guidance, work coordination, problem resolution, and information sharing. * Senior Personnel Analysts have contact with City departments' staff at all levels, senior executive and management personnel and elected officials for the purpose of information sharing, problem resolution, and/or gaining compliance. * These contacts are often highly sensitive, requiring skill in gaining the trust and confidence of others. * Additional contacts are with other human resources professionals and staff of various compliance agencies and professional organizations for the purpose of information sharing and professional development. Supervision: * Supervise staff as assigned. Accountability: * A Senior Personnel Analyst is accountable to the Human Resources Director for the successful completion of all self initiated or assigned projects, duties, and responsibilities. * Strict adherence to confidentiality is required. Working Conditions: * Senior Personnel Analysts work primarily in an office, but sufficient mobility to meet with employees and attend meetings at various locations is required. * Stress associated with competing demands for services and meeting timelines is always present. * Work is performed in an office, requires periods of intense concentration over extended periods of time, and is subject to frequent interruption for questions and advice. * Positions in this class are distinguished by greater ambiguity in assignments, increased decision-making and greater responsibility for implementation of their recommendations following communication with and approval by highest level of management. * Incumbent is expected to exercise independent judgement and discretion in the choice of work methods, personal deadlines and the nature of recommendations made. * Incumbent works with detailed, complex, and sensitive materials and exercise considerable communications, supervision and human relations skills as a routine part of the job. * Incumbent typically handles numerous projects or programs simultaneously.
