QA Test Manager - Life Insurance
Location: Springfield, MA
Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Must be eligible for W2 employment.

Must be able to work on-site in Springfield, MA.

Job Description:
The QA Test Manager is responsible for planning and execution of Testing activities in support of the successful delivery of project initiatives related to Life Insurance products and Claims.
Monitor scope and requirements changes, and assess impact on Test Management deliverables.
Accountable for execution and delivery of Defect Management process and reporting.
Drive Integration, System and Regression Testing plans, and assist with Business Acceptance Testing.
Drive analysis of application systems in scope, underlying infrastructure, and robot (RPA) design to ensure completeness of controls, adherence to standards, completion of documentation and quality.
Analyze Workflow Diagrams and Business Requirements to understand Test Data needs.
Coordinate test data loads and test cycles with internal Application Infrastructure and Production Support teams.
Onboard new robot IT accounts, software and hardware.
Troubleshoot software, hardware and website account/access issues.
Route requests for assistance from Development team in a timely manner, or escalate as necessary.
Provide accurate estimates, drive automation and reuse, and report on test progress.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing and/or Test Management within the Life Insurance domain.
Knowledge of Insurance Claims, as well as various Life Insurance products including Traditional Vantage, OPM and MPR highly desired.
Ability to analyze workflow diagrams and requirements, and coordinate test data loads and cycles.
Ability to drive analysis of Life Insurance systems, underlying infrastructure, and robot (RPA) design to ensure completeness and quality of controls.
Experience onboarding new robot IT accounts, software and hardware, and troubleshooting related issues.
Computer Application & Infrastructure analysis/implementation experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
