About the Team:
VIZIO is looking for a QA Engineer to test user experiences on TV, mobile, and tablets through manual and automated test procedures for our Seattle office.
This position has multiple avenues for growth and a chance to own major pieces of infrastructure within our ecosystem. Building, debugging, and teaching development operations is a critical piece to our diverse range of products and setup. Understanding standard practices for testing lifecycle and commonalities/differences across iOS and Android is also another critical area.
You will be expected to collaborate with designers, product managers, program managers, fellow team members, and vendors. You are self-driven and pragmatic, with an ability to execute in an agile environment.
You have 1 year experience of Software Testing.
You have experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery.
You have experience with Python, Kotlin, Java, Swift, and/or Objective C.
You are comfortable working with Test Automation.
You have knowledge of REST API's, Jira, and Confluence.
You have experience with Voice (Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant) and Mobile Applications.
What You Will Do:
You will execute Manual and Automated Test Plans.
You will support Development Operations for Mobile Infrastructure.
You will write unit tests to cover all requirements/functionality.
