About You

As the QA Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with the creative team on the proofing

of creative assets against guidelines and standards, from initial concept to final delivery. You have

a precise eye for detail and are obsessed with accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.

You are into punctuation, purposeful sentence breaks, correct spelling and proper grammar.

You are an ace at managing multiple projects and competing initiatives, even under the tightest

of deadlines. A collaborative spirit, you have great communication skills and feel confident to

speak up when you need support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Performing quality assurance reviews on all digital assets/deliverables, including static banners, social media animation, and presentation decks.

  • Ensuring that all deliverables are consistent with brand standards and guidelines

  • Keeping close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track

  • Ensuring all final deliverables adhere to brand standards and production guidelines

  • Keeping up to date on and adhering to QA best practices across different platforms

You'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment (not required)

  • Excellent proofreading skills (required)

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Knowledge of Chicago or AP grammar styles

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills in both individual and group settings

  • Ability to identify layout issues of individual projects and work quickly

and independently to provide critical feedback when necessary

  • Adoption of 3Q creative team's communication and project management tools

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Experience using a DAM

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Experience in a performance marketing agency a plus (not required)

Proficiency in the following programs/tools:

  • Dropbox and Google Drive

  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)

  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

About You As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of creative projects from inception through to completion. This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and managing client and internal communications. You will also be responsible for project managing complex and/or larger projects and will also need to be comfortable in the weeds-specifically helping to drive day-to-day deliverables. The Creative Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Management.
