Job Summary

The QualityAssurance Process Technician is responsible for maintaining and documenting thepractice of the quality systems within the plant.

Essential Job Duties

  • Actively participates in quality observations withinproduction and within the quality systems and reacts accordingly to drivecontinuous improvement.

  • Initiates product holds and subsequent dispositionof goods.

  • Participates in Food Safety and Leader Standard Workaudits.

  • Creates and sustains the internal quality receivingprogram, including vendor-facing documentation, receiving strategy, consistencyin in-bound paperwork, and insurance of compliance.

  • Maintains specification documents.

  • May collect monthly environmental swabs.

  • Orders supplies for the laboratory as needed to ensurecontinuous operation.

  • Develops facility documentation program in order toimprove traceability of finished products and raw materials.

  • Drives quality systems within the facility and helpto communicate objectives.

  • Participates in investigations to identify rootcauses and corrective actions. Help toimplement identified opportunities with the investigation team as needed.

  • May perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities What Your Typical Day Will Be: * Perform basic troubleshooting of alerts, issues, and problems as they arise * Allocates resources to address all trouble tickets, scheduled maintenance and projects * Manages multiple tasks and issues and coordinate activities amongst various engineers and other IT departments * Manage customer relationships and address customer escalations * Diagnosing and correcting technical problems with Virtual environments up to and including; Operating Systems, Hardware, Storage Systems, Disaster Recovery systems, Orchestration, and basic LAN technologies * Ability to document all work actions as required by VectorUSA and clients in accordance with standard policies and procedures * Work with VectorUSA, client and third-party technical and service teams to maintain, troubleshoot and remediate technical issues * Perform basic systems testing and operational tasks for a wide variety of systems * Support multiple technical systems in 24 x 7 environment operational environments with high uptime requirements.
