The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of the desired user experience and messaging in the execution of landing page, microsite, website and email campaigns across marketing platforms. The role will work closely with project teams to guarantee multiple concurrent digital marketing technology projects meet organizational standards, UI design fidelity and functional requirements. The Quality Assurance Analyst is expected to partner with the project team to support quality and performance improvement initiatives and projects.
What you'll do:
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and provide testing services by coordinating with project management, development team, project stakeholders and internal/external resources to ensure testing is well defined, planned and executed.
Develop/Execute manual and automated tests based on functional/non-functional requirements, identify actionable bugs quickly.
Anticipate, identify, log and track issues as they arise and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project teams.
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Assess release status, ensure releases occur on time.

What you've got:
2+ years of experience in marketing technology quality assurance or similar aptitude experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
A good understanding of debugging and troubleshooting across common Email marketing platforms, Email Service Providers, mobile/desktop Email client applications and browser based applications/services
Expertise with cross-browser and cross-platform QA
Experience with headless testing, testing without a GUI
Experience with Fiddler or similar web debugging tool
Scripting experience for test automation with tools such as JMeter and Selenium
Quality Assurance Certification (ISTQB) or equivalent
Highly motivated, with attention to detail, integrity and comfort delivering excellent work in a fast paced, team oriented and highly accountable environment
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive and unbiased feedback
