EFI is hiring an QA Inspector/RMA Coordinator for it's state of the art manufacturing facility in Londonderry NH near the MHT Airport.

Summary

Our Quality Inspector / RMA Coordinator will inspect both incoming parts and grand format printers for non-conformance from specifications and process return material authorizations (RMA).

Skills

  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T): Readily able to interpret part drawings in order to inspect parts.

  • Metrology: Capable of selecting and using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, hardness gages, durometers, profilometers and height gauges.

  • RMA Processing: Proficient at processing RMA's within SAP.

  • Engineering Change Orders: Ability to interpret the differences between part revisions and inspect for such.

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to notice small details is critical. Must be able to examine incoming parts and final production without missing anything.

  • Physical Stamina: Requires performing quality checks on large printers which requires physical exertion.

  • Communication: Skilled at documenting and communicating objective data relative to parts and printer inspection defects, clearly and frankly to improve or rectify mistakes.

Qualifications

ASQ Quality Inspector Certification - CQI
3 - years minimum parts and product inspection experience
1 - year minimum RMA processing experience

Associates in Mechanical Engineering / Technology

Knowledgeable of electro-mechanical products
