Organizes QA Technician work for smooth operation including problem analysis/solutions and reports process and equipment concerns..
Responsible for all assigned processes and employees in meeting established standards.
Supports effective scrap and cost reduction programs.
Performs a variety of activities requiring communication and support to other departments and performs all other work related activities as required.
Must be able to perform all other jobs in assigned work areas in case of employee absence.
Interacts with Internal customers.
Meets quality and quantity levels of assigned work, housekeeping, and safe work practice.
Generates reports, graphs and charts as needed.
Oversees data collection and interpretation to coordinate improvement efforts.
Monitors process control reports for out of spec and/or out of control conditions and notifies the proper personnel to coordinate corrective activities.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures

Must be able to judge color visually and must pass the Farnsworth - Munsell 100 Hue test yearly& pass test with a minimum score of 50.
