This role is for Summer 2021 and can be based in Austin, TX, San Jose, CA, or Cambridge, UK.

As a QA Engineer Intern at Roku you'll be responsible for analysis of our current test plans and own changes that need to be made. You'll identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process and expand testing and automation across development teams to promote ownership of quality.

This includes data analysis and root-cause investigations, RMA investigations, development of detail Risk profiles for issues, reviewing and collating field quality data to pro-actively identify potential field issues and initiating and supporting recall activities.<br />  </div> <div><strong>What you will do</strong><br />  </div> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Provides customer complaint technical investigation, analysis, escalation and closure</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ensures proper review, classification, investigation and closure of customer complaints.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Works in the RMA process including investigations and resolutions, identification of removal and corrections which require escalation, RMA metrics development, analysis and action determination</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">From RMA and Complaints initiates recall investigations, complaint investigations and recall investigations.
