Prepare Samples for Fitting:

• Quality control the samples that have arrived

• Arrange fittings

Measure garments:

• Quality control overseas garments

• Measure and comment on the garments

• Enter data into Web PDM system

Prepare Samples, Accessories and Trim Cards:

• Review samples, accessories and Trim Cards that have been received Enter data into Web PDM system

Arrange new Season Swatches:

• Prepare charts for swatches for new season

• Arrange swatches to be cut and assembled

Prepare charts:

• Work on notion charts

• Work with swatch charts

Update charts:

• Update the charts when samples arrive

Work on the Specials for Customer Service:

• Work on all styles for the specials

• Prepare information and data for Customer Service

Prepare QC swatches after embroidery and heat seal:

• Quality control finished swatches

• Ensure embroidery and heat seal process properly completed

Organize Custom Orders:

• Quality control the production line

• Quality control custom orders
