  • Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples including: ph, billings, alcohol, sodium, and iron.

  • Run routine analyses of packaged beer for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level, etc.

  • Routine testing of pasteurizers for proper pasteurization.

  • Conduct inspection and analysis of package integrity and specifications.

  • Coordinate quality analyses ensuring accurate results, timely completion, and proper responses and notification.

  • Perform various studies, statistical analysis, participate in PDCA teams to improve quality throughout the brewery.

  • Other routine laboratory testing, as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-intensive discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)

  • Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.

  • Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques.

  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.

  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts during this week. Weekends and holidays may be required.

  • Skilled in Minitab, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Understanding of the brewing and packaging process, HACCP and Good Manufacturing practices for food manufacturing a plus.

VIEW JOBS 3/7/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-05T00:00 Job Title: Lockbox Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description: The primary function of the Lockbox Quality Assurance Analyst is to ensure the quality target of zero defects for customer's is met under quality control review. The analyst will participate in gathering, reporting and root cause analysis for, detailed error related information for Wholesale, Retail, Payable, Remote Lockbox product offerings and Mail Services. Quality Assurance tasks include the review, corrections and reporting of Lockbox Operations financial and non-financial transaction processing. Quality Assurance reviews are performed primarily in-line with daily production activities and require strong attention to detail while adhering to strict process deadlines. The Q/A process compares data entry inputs against the operational processing instructions for accuracy. The Quality Assurance Analyst will document and report errors to the Lockbox Leadership team daily. If a pattern of errors is discovered, or other circumstances require it, the Quality Assurance Analyst will research the problem, research potential solutions to the problem, and make recommendations for best resolution. The right candidate must be able to maintain a high degree of focus and impeccable quality over extended periods to meet servicing level quality and timelines expectations. Responsibilities: * Responsible for processing and delivering quality review of financial and non-financial workflows * Responsible for documenting, reporting and describing errors to various levels of Operational Leadership * Responsible for identifying error trends and root cause analysis at various levels and reporting them to Operational Leadership. Responsible for recommending solutions when necessary * Understanding and following specific and complex client instructions, which are unique for each account into processing rules and expected outcomes * Assist with writing and adjusting operational process instructions * Solve general problems and errors independently, referring the most involved problems/errors to management. * Daily Audit sensitive customers and workflows to ensure correct processing * Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal & external processing risk controls * Maintain a thorough knowledge of the regulations and policies affecting receivables, payables and remote processing Qualifications: * College Degree BS, BA or greater * 3-5 years of QA, Audit or Bank Operations experience * Successful work experience requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment * Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data * Ability to collect and organize information * General knowledge of banking procedures desired * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
