The Salesforce Quality Engineer position delivers high quality software through the execution of QA processes and development standards. This position contributes to QA automation and the Salesforce SDLC to deliver applications and features that meet evolving business requirements. This position works alongside a the Salesforce Maintenance and Operations team that follows agile as well as traditional software life cycles.

The Salesforce Maintenance and Operations core team consist of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum masters, Salesforce Testers, Quality Analysts, Developers, and Administrators. In this team set up, the primary functions of this position includes testing services like functional, unit, manual, automated, load, performance, integration, deployment, security, regression, smoke, user acceptance, and CRM ad-hoc testing.

This position will set up test environments from scratch, which is a critical part of the code review and release process. The Salesforce Quality Engineers participates in Back-end Testing of the database segment of the product arrangement. This includes responsibility for organizes test scripts, user stories, and using software programs such as Visual Studio Test Professional.

This position is also responsible for project management activities as they relate to identified areas within the laboratory requiring standardization to improve the quality and/or efficiency of operations. * Document control - manage current versions of current procedures and forms * Quality Indicators -- collect and report metrics * Proficiency Testing handling -- document evaluation review and investigate trends and unsuccessful performance. * Internal Auditing -- Schedule, Audit, Report, document corrective action and close audits. * Inspection readiness -- support lab team and work towards constant compliance with regulatory requirements. * Quality Meetings -- schedule, provide agenda, conduct meetings and report minutes. * Personnel Records -- review for completion, track and file. * Nonconforming events -- document incidents, assist with investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and measurement of effectiveness. Requirements * License/Certification/Education: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree in Medical Technology (Biological, Chemical, or Clinical Laboratory Science) * 1 year or more testing experience in a CLIA licensed clinical laboratory * Preferable leadership experience (lead tech or lab supervisor experience) * Prior CAP inspection experience * Strong Communications (Oral and Written) * proficient a MS Office, such as Word and Excel Shift 1 Schedule Monday through Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM (1 Hour lunch)...flexible start tine if you want to start early Labcorp Phoenix AZ
