The QA Analyst 1 is responsible for quality assurance on multiple email projects. Creating program checklists, finding defects and monitoring progress throughout the testing lifecycle.
Creates project checklists and individual tests for core programs. Defines scenarios with datasets and logic to perform testing.
Submits bugs and issues to development for correction, and retests once bugs have been resolved.
Reports testing results and project status using bug reporting tools and other communications as appropriate.
Interacts with project managers and development teams to identify and refine test requirements.
May assist with refining overall testing processes and documentation as needed.
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings for overall project reviews
QA testing experience with emails and websites preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with JIRA bug tracking software
Strong understanding of mobile devices
Good understanding of Google's G Suite
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player as well as a self-starter who has good time management skills
Familiarity with the MacOS and Macbooks
Experience with MS Office
Experience with virtual machine environments a plus
