Position Summary

The PWR Cycle Instructor motivates, educates, and coaches indoor cycle participants using authentic training principles that deliver real results. The Life Time Indoor Cycle program offers a variety of exciting, fun, and intelligently designed indoor cycle classes. PWR is our performance-based ride designed to help improve the performance of endurance enthusiasts. You will assist our members by educating, delivering, and connecting them to our industry leading strategy of the Core 3 method: Know It, Nourish It, Move It.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivers entertaining, motivational, safe, educational, and professional Indoor Cycling classes to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals

  • Meets daily class attendance goals and completes all administrative duties as required for this role

  • Demonstrates proficiency in using digital music technology and provides current music ensuring appropriate language

  • Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs, concerns, and questions and develops positive relationships with participants by leading inspiring, challenging and entertaining indoor cycling classes and engaging in conversation before and after classes

  • Supports PWR sponsors events and initiatives and Acts as a Brand Advocate for Life Time, Life Time Indoor Cycle, Leadville Series, and Life Time Tri series events by effectively discussing and explaining the benefits of each

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience participating in an endurance sport event (cycling, triathlon, etc.)

  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 3 months of hire

  • Nationally recognized Indoor Cycle instructor certification, training, or coaching certification (Schwinn Cycling or Stage (preferred), Mad Dogg -Spinning, Les Mills)

Preferred Requirements

  • 1+ year of fitness instructor work experience

  • Endurance Sport Coach experience: USA Cycling, USA Triathlon Coaching Certification, Ironman University (preferred but not required)

  • Group exercise certification, such as National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE), or American Fitness Aerobic Association (AFAA)

About the Job The Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst develops requirements reports, dashboards, and datasets. The analyst also provides support function, content expertise, and the analysis, planning, design, creating, and maintenance of simple to complex revenue cycle reports/database projects, as well as other duties assigned by the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: * Analyzes revenue cycle data by collection, monitoring, and creating revenue cycle reports that is distributed monthly to upper management * Develops dynamic reports enabling end users to define numerous parameters that allow end users to filter and aggregate as required. Creates custom reports that allow end users to drill down for more detail * Interviews requestors, sponsors, and subject matter experts in regards to the development of specifications and proactively identifies and communicates barriers to completing work requirements. * Provides support and training to end users on standardized and ad hoc reports * Documents specifications for each report including both technical specifications and a summary of the report. * Develops SQL server stored procedures, views, functions, performance tables, and well-tuned queries * Completes functional, unit, and integrated testing and adheres to all quality standards * Analyzes and profiles data contained in relational databases using both SQL query language and DBMS business tools. * Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being process, stored, or accessed by the system * Achieves and maintains certifications according to organizational standards * Stays current with new application functionality and enhancements * Creates SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, calendars, web part pages, dashboards, etc. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field. In absence of Bachelor's Degree has eight years of related experience Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare based Revenue Cycle * Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting and analytical analysis * Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft applications * Epic experience preferred Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: * Knowledge of healthcare based revenue cycle models, systems, and processes * Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of programming tools, such as Epic, Crystal, SQL, and SAP Business Objects * Skilled in complining, analyzing, and presenting complex data.
