6 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology.
Preferred Fields of Study:
Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems
Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, KMP1, KMP2 ( Kanban Certification), TFBR ( Trainer Certification - optional), Agile Coaching Institute Certification, Agile certifications, and Waterfall methodology experience is a plus.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as an Agile team leader in planning and executing projects to deliver Technology solutions including the following areas:
Leading consistently in Agile transformation in large organizations;
Working in Agile methods (Kanban, Iterative), Scaled Agile Methodology and proficiency in Azure DevOps (VSTS) Agile;
Understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment with Azure DevOps (VSTS);
Understanding of Cloud-based implementations models (SaaS, PaaS etc) and other leading Technologies;
Understanding and in depth knowledge of IT Service Management industry leading practices (ITIL), and SDLC Methodology;
Managing and developing an Agile Team including formal coaching;
Illustrating teaming and resource management skills including formal coaching;
Displaying advanced communication and leadership skills;
Working as a liaison between Product Owners and Scrum Masters to mentor and develop a common understanding of dependencies with global technology and territory solutions;
Utilizing communication, leadership and relationship management skills that enable partnering with and influencing key stakeholders;
Possessing ability to succinctly present complex subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business stakeholders;
Fostering an inclusive environment where others' ideas can be welcomed and heard;
Consolidating milestones, progress, and actuals for reporting;

Overseeing all Agile projects development and operational aspects for a specific business area's applications;
Developing and monitoring metrics to track progress of Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts;
Translating the strategic direction of the business into technical considerations for the development and operations teams;
Analyzing, Designing & Developing Training material for Agile implementation based on requirements from different Agile Teams;
Working closely with different domain Scrum Masters , Architects, Tech leads to check Agile operational health check, creating consolidated Reports/Dashboards with Scrum Master(s);
Working with Scrum Master, Solution Architects to make sure consistency, standardization across the global technology domains;
Coaching/Mentoring to SM, Tech leads, Product Owners on daily Agile implementation as per PwC Agile Standards;
Reporting to Agile Director to raise Agile implementation gaps, road blockers, impediments, escalation;
Coaching technical teams in executing project delivery according to PwC Release Management frameworks; and,
Utilizing agile methods (Scrum, etc.) and establishing optimal flow (Kanban, etc.).
