You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, you'll solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project.

The Global People Technology team is responsible for the strategy, support and operational maintenance of our network-wide Human Capital technologies. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in progressive roles performing IT project management coordination and success working on Human Capital technology projects, preferably for a global network of professional services firms including:

  • Acting as an integral part of managing a portfolio of HR Technology/Workday projects, working together with the Project and Portfolio Manager(s);

  • Maintaining request details and artifacts through the Demand lifecycle from initial intake to project delivery;

  • Validating weekly status reporting to project stakeholders and related updates within ServiceNow PPM;

  • Coordinating project initiation activities including WBS code generation, Third Party Labor (TPL) resource requests, tenant access and related security agreements;

  • Assisting with the management of project financial reporting and monthly reconciliation of budget to actuals;

  • Supporting project change request and project closure administration;

  • Assisting with preparing presentations, agendas and decks for key meetings;

  • Assisting with process guides and documentation ensuring they are current and properly filed or published;

  • Bringing ideas for optimising and improving processes where necessary;

  • Demonstrating ability to comfortably communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner with with senior management, clients, peers and staff;

  • Being a self-starter with an ability to work independently and within teams;

  • Planning and organisational skills and a keen sense for priorities; and

  • Showing passion for delivering high quality work with an attention to detail.
