As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations
Minimum Years of Experience:
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success providing administrative support, including leveraging MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) in accomplishing any of the following areas:
Projects administration, logistics, scheduling, and function coordination;
Financial reporting, including billing and collection management and/or project economics analysis and managing accounts payable for vendors and external contractors;
Obtainment and organization of project documentation, including contracts, master services agreements and statements of work;
File organization, research, computational work and create spreadsheets;
Workshop and meeting logistics including coordination with multiple parties, calendaring, scheduling, room reservations, capturing minutes/action items, and workshop delivery;
CPE Credit acquirement for workshops and training sessions; and,
Performing ad-hoc projects as needed.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Responding to project and/or team requests promptly and professionally;
Offering assistance readily and contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment;
Seeking instruction, feedback and coaching to improve performance proactively;
Providing support for any of the following responsibilities including projects administration, financial reporting including billing and collection management, project economics analysis, obtain and organize project documentation, workshop and meeting coordination, setup and support, and performing ad-hoc projects as needed.
