  • In Office Weekend Supervisor/ On Call RNs, HC experience required

  • Nurse Informatics Specialist: Full Time (McKesson exp, required, EPIC exp preferred) HC exp required)

  • Oasis Coordinator /Oasis Reviewer

  • Education Coordinators All Boroughs; HC experience required.

Therapy

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Graduate of accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred

License/Certification: Current New York State Nurse License

Years Experience: 1-2 years recent medical/surgical hospital experience or 1 year experience in a home health agency.

Skills:
Assess the physical, social, and psychological status of patients of all ages employing interviewing and physical and psychosocial assessment skills.

Other: Ability to perform patient care techniques which require manual dexterity, visual inspection, manual palpation, auditory (auscultation and visual discrimination), work within the environment of care, transport oneself to patient's homes under all weather conditions.

Home Care Nurses are required to drive to patients homes, valid drivers license and own reliable transportation required

Minimum Requirements Education: Diploma OR Associate's Degree Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred. Licensure: Current and valid New York State Registered Professional Nurse license required. Current and valid BLS certification required. Current and valid ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP, as required by population, within one (1) year of hire required. Experience: Minimum 1 year critical care nursing experience required.
