The Purchasing Manager is responsible for all purchasing procedures on the property. This includes ordering, receiving, storing and issuing these products, implementation and maintenance of all internal control and audit policies and procedures.
Additionally, the cleanliness, sanitary, safety and orderly condition of the storage facilities will be a direct and daily responsibility. Possess an ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers, excellent supervisory and motivational skills, strong analytical skills and be able to work independently. Must be a solution-oriented problem-solver and possess the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, independently, effectively and timely.
Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 3 year of related experience.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
