Title: Purchasing Solutions Manager

Job Description:

Main tasks
Provide the Purchasing functions with solutions supporting the business processes and system development activities (e.g. core systems such as VGPS, Spend Cube, SharePoint, OBIEE etc), together with relevant training to assure a world class Purchasing organization.

The support systems (Direct and Indirect Purchasing) we have, and training of, are of vital importance for the business processes to secure the best possible result in a compliant way.

Authority

Data Steward of Purchasing core systems.

Author of Purchasing IT Roadmap.

With reference to local and companywide signature rights and approval levels.
Core Responsibilities and Activities

Drive the implementation of Purchasing IT-Strategy including defining specifications, build business cases and project management of new/updated solutions.

Lead the data quality and continuous improvement of Purchasing core systems.

Master Data management.

Access Rights management.

Documentation, training and communication of support systems.
Other Responsibilities

Data Steward of Purchasing core systems (e.g. VGPS, Spend Cube, SharePoint, OBIEE etc) making sure the organization works with data quality, use systems accurately with correct access right and the interface with other systems.

VGPS (OutSystems Supplier Board, ERP (Informatica), PLM connections, AMIS and Sales data connections)

PLM connections for eSourcing & Partner Portal

SharePoint collaboration sites

New solutions including mobile

All and any other task as assigned by direct manager.

Previous Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience from a large multinational corporation or a consultant firm.
Several years of experience from ERP and/or BI from multinational groups is considered beneficial.
Languages
English is mandatory, preferably Swedish and additional Chinese is a plus.
Other
The job requires high flexibility and the ability to work towards deadlines in a truly international organization.
Excellent knowledge of Cloud platforms, support system management (IT) and Microsoft Office.
Experience from Outsystems, OBIEE and HFM is an advantage, as well as an interest in systems and IT.

The role may require approximately 10% - 15% travel.

We're looking for a self-motivated Director of Revenue Cycle to join our team. As a member of the R1 RCM (R1) Shared Services Management Team, this position is responsible for the management, coordination and control of activities within the Southfield Shared Service Center, Medical Financial Solutions. Your day to day role will include: * Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the outbound Call Center Operations including performance and initiates appropriate corrective measures as needed. Monitors all department processes to ensure compliance with performance metrics. * Oversee team of 100 MFS associates between the Kalamazoo and Southfield offices (3-5 direct reports) * Designs and executes key strategies to drive collection results by ensuring that productivity goals, monthly objectives and quality standards are achieved while addressing delinquency aging, charge off, and cash collection goals. * Identifies and spearheads the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to positon the Operations Team for growth and greater scalability. * Drives Performance through a strong understanding of information with a keen focus on profitability, Agent KPI's, Client KPI's and all call center metrics. * Actively works with other Patient Facing Shared Services Directors, and Central Operations to set work strategies, staffing levels, initiatives and commission programs, etc * Champions organizational change efforts, philosophies and initiatives, in partnership with the Executive Leadership team. Acts as a key business partner to stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities, resolve issues and drive change with a focus on exceeding operational goals and client expectations. * Proactively identifies and assesses trends and aberrations then proposes a course of action to the Leadership team. Works closely with all other departments to collaborate on initiatives related to client performance, client satisfaction, compliance, ensures efficient use of resources and adherence to Standard Operating Guidelines for all Clients. * Analyzes data against weekly and monthly trends to identify opportunities for improvement in collection process. * Maintains and improves Call Center Operations by monitoring performance, identifying problems, developing action plans for resolution while driving productivity, quality, and high service standards for responsible departments. * Ensures that customer satisfaction is achieved through courteous and effective communication and problem solving at all times. * Ensures Operational compliance to all areas and quickly communicates an action plan to all concerned parties with respect to non-compliance issues. Monitors Collection Organization for Compliance. Works with the Compliance Department and Legal to define Policies and Procedures that meet regulations and gives appropriate guidance for MFS. * Recruits, develops and mentors the leadership team so they are skilled, effective and fully capable of executing the responsibilities and expectations of their positions. Continuously develops associates professionally through leadership and coaching. Fosters various avenues of communication across the call centers to ensure employees remain informed, connected to the broader strategy and have an outlet for conveying questions and innovative ideas. * Through active engagement, maintains visibility and approachability with employees. Ensures the facility provides a welcoming, safe and healthy environment for all employees and key stakeholders. * Creates an environment that is professional, one that is supportive to employees, Clients, and Patients, and adheres to our commitment to business ethics and company values. Promotes a team-oriented environment that fosters effective collaboration within and outside of the call centers. You Have: * 10 + plus years of Call Center Management with 5 + years of Collection Operations, overseeing 100 + call center staff * A minimum of 5-7 years First and Third Party Agency experience. * Bachelor's degree required – Masters preferred. * Strong understanding on building collection strategies * Knowledge of telephony systems * Experience launching strong call campaigns * Thorough knowledge of call center operations and technologies, experience with large scale outbound call center operation, with a keen eye on Collections, Customer Service, Compliance, Bankruptcy and Litigation impacts. * Working knowledge of the business and financial drivers of the collection industry. * Experience with ownership of operational budgets and forecasting. * Thorough knowledge of the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and Applicable laws, regulations and policies governing collections. * Currently possesses or willing to obtain, Collections Agency Manager License from State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. * Sound working knowledge of financial principles, (e.g., understanding P&L) as well as allocation of expenses, cost to collect and allowance for doubtful accounts. * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
