Under the direction of the Director of Fiscal Services, plan, coordinate, organize, and manage the purchasing and warehousing personnel, programs, and services for the District; oversee and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; participate and coordinate the bidding process for school construction, facilities, and expansion; perform high-level and complex purchasing transactions. This is a Management position.

Effective January 1, 2024, PAPER application are no longer being accepted. SELECTION PROCESS The process will include an evaluation of application materials scheduled for the week of May 13, 2024.

A limited number of candidates demonstrating the strongest qualifications will be invited to appear before a panel at the end of May that will appraise general and technical qualifications through an oral examination. All notifications are done via e-mail. Candidates who successfully pass the examination process will be placed on an eligibility list.

Those candidates in the top three ranks will be invited to participate in a final selection interview. The final selection interview will be scheduled approximately 7-14 days after participation in the general and technical qualification examination. The person selected will serve a probationary period of one year.
