The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. Performs strategic obtaining activities across multiple categories of spend, searches for better deals and finds more profitable suppliers. Also, responsible for quality control. Making sure cleaning, upkeep are maintained, efficiencies are discovered.

Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received
Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability, terms of sales.
Control purchasing department budgets.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Direct and coordinate activities of directors in buying equipment and supplies.
Familiarity with tracing vendors.
Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
An ability to do negotiation and networking. Represent companies in negotiating contracts.
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
Solid judgement along with decision making skills.
Making sure cleaning, and upkeep are maintained
Maintain the buildings and ground of the organization
Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
Excellent project management skills
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least four years' experience in medical supplies and purchasing medical equipment in health care.
