Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Responsible for becoming efficient in Timberline and Buy Out procedures and functions.

• Process Blue Stake markings for all jobs.

• Assist in strategically scheduling the delivery of materials needed for all current and upcoming jobs.

• Responsible for preparing information packets for Superintendents to be completed 72 hours prior to start of project.

• Responsible for strategically scheduling sub-contractors as needed and as directed by Director of Construction.

• Process back charge and cost adjustment forms as needed for material overages and vendor delays.

• Communicate with Designers and Superintendents on the effective staging of materials.

• Responsible for reporting daily to Project Purchasing Manager concerning plans processed and any challenges with vendors.

• Daily communication as needed concerning upscale projects which are in need of strategic planning.

• Bluestaking all job sites

• Handling any AD HOC items per Purchasing Manager

• Responsible for assisting the Purchasing personnel in data entry and filing tasks.

• Responsible for assisting with in-coming phones calls.

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in various tasks and projects

Qualifications

Qualification/requirement:

• Good understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

• Good oral communication skills.
