We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Bonita Springs!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process all invoices for payment

  • Support the Director of Purchasing with vendor setup

  • Aid in the preparation of cost-of-product reports

  • Assist the Director of Purchasing with various administrative tasks

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders for new home starts

  • Create detailed lot reports, including option lists by trade

  • Research and resolve any invoice variances

  • Estimate custom options for purchase orders

  • Upload Lot information to Build Pro

  • Train trade partners on using Supply Pro

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Minimum of 2 years direct purchasing or accounting experience; residential home builder purchasing experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Newstar preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.

  • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.

  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
