Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute the purchasing process
  • Issue Purchase Orders, and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure goods are available to meet production requirements on time
  • Review purchase requisition requests daily
  • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain all relevant purchasing documents
  • Prepare payment requisitions and coordinate with the finance department for timely payments
  • Arrange logistics for shipments from overseas suppliers including customs clearance and transportation
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of purchasing experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset
