Under the direction of the Administrative Services Supervisor, this position will provide the following for the Department of Radiation Oncology and other departments:

• Purchasing and procurement support functions

• General administrative support

• Purchase orders

• Assisting staff and faculty with the processes of creating travel requests

• Booking travel arrangements

• Supporting travel reimbursement submissions

• General administrative support including phone pool support,conference rooms assistance and scheduling, and other minor duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would have experience in purchasing requisitions.

Salary: $24.57 - $34.87 hourly

Required:

Skill in organizing/coordinating a variety of information, materials and people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of effort.

Skill in prioritizing assignments when faced with heavy workload, deadlines and competing requests for service in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Ability to establish and maintain filing systems.

Math skills to prepare purchasing and statistical documents.

Ability to use a 10-key calculator
